How much is Delivery?

Items in stock are normally dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Please allow slightly longer during busy periods.

We offer standard mainland UK delivery via Royal Mail (2-3 days from despatch) at £3.95 per order to a single address.

We offer FREE UK delivery via Royal Mail (2-3 days from despatch) for orders to a single address that total £40+.

Do you accept overseas orders?

Please contact us if you are looking to send something internationally. We are happy to provide a quote.

Can I add to my order after checkout?

It’s best to email or phone as soon as you realise you’ve missed a little something off your order. If possible, we will add the item before despatch. You won’t be able to amend your original order via our website.
If your initial order has already been despatched, you will need to put a second order through our website. However, if you place more than one order on the same day, you will only pay delivery for one.

When are your prices valid until?

Our online and catalogue prices are valid from 1st January 2023.

Stock guarantees

We perform regular stock checks. However, if stocks are low there can occasionally be a discrepancy. We will advise a customer if an ordered item is out of stock as soon as it comes to our attention. In these incidences we will offer a full refund or discuss a suggested alternative.
